Silver Comet Sessions

Participants will meet in front of SDC bike shop on the Silver Comet Trial on Floyd Rd approx., 1.7 miles south of the East West Connector. The bike shop and the Silver Comet Trail share the same parking lot.

  • Bob Callan Trail Intro S.W.A.T-IT Session


     

    When: Saturday's 10:45am

    Where: Bob Callan Trail, Marietta.

    There is a small parking lot for the trail on Interstate N Pkwy SE just north of the 285 / 75 underpass.  
     
    Traveling North bound on 75 from 285:
    1.    Take the WINDY HILL RD exit toward SMYRNA and

    2.    Merge right onto Interstate NORTH Pkwy ramp.

    3.     Drive southbound approximately 1.0 miles. Parking lot will be on the left side just before you reach 285 underpass.

    What to Bring: Yourself a smile and a bottle of water for afterwards.

    RSVP: Spaces and supplies are limited so be sure to register to ensure a spot.  A confirmation email will be sent to verify your spot.


    Objective: Our Saturday sessions are designed to introduce you to some of the foundational aspects of a safe and result producing exercise program. We also want to leave you with a new, unique and positive fitness experience. One that will leave you with no doubt that you have worked your body in new and exciting ways! Ways that do not include debilitating pain afterward. We try to give a fair sampling of most of the components of the entire program but it is truly a matter of first hand experience coupled with clear, accurate  and understandable information to create that “ah ha” moment. To look and feel your best does require you to challenge yourself but it does not require you to torture yourself.

    Cost: $20 Payments accepted on site during sign in.
